The Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo showed her love and support to her boyfriend Matteo Guidicelli at the Ironman triathlon event in Cebu.
Matteo participated in the annual Ironman Philippines triathlon event this year, her girlfriend Sarah even flies to Cebu and spotted arriving on Saturday afternoon just to support Matteo for the said event the following day (Sunday).
Perfect timing for Sarah to take a break from her busy days promoting her blockbuster movie with John Lloyd Cruz “Finally Found Someone” and the grand final of “The Voice Teens” which her protégé Jona Soquite has been named the grand champion.
During the event, Sarah spotted with a placard saying “ I’m supporting: Matteo, Congrats my love! Gihigugma Tika”
There was also a video showed that Matteo kissing Sarah’s hand.
Soon after Matteo reached the finish line, the crowd cheered for them as Sarah gave him a power hug (power hug was coined by Sarah’s movie “You’ve Changed My Life”)
Photos of them in Cebu and Matteo’s family has been circulated online wherein Sarah also had dinner with Matteo’s family prior to the race.
The couple has been together since 2013 and obviously, their relationship is getting stronger. Matteo revealed in September 2016 issue of StarStudio Magazine that It was in Cebu when Sarah and he were formally introduced by his good friend Billy Crawford.
It was Matteo who asked Billy to introduce him to Sarah who was having a show with Billy in Cebu at that time. He has always had a huge crush on Sarah even Maja (his ex-girlfriend) knew about it when they were still together.
According to Matteo, they usually working out together and doing outdoor activities as well. They may have some similarities and differences just like ordinary couples do. Nevertheless, they bring out the best in each other.
Their fans must have a lot of kilig moments seeing them together as a very sweet couple in public.
