We glimpsed Wonder Woman in the movie “Batman Vs Superman” and since then many are thrilled to see Diana Prince a.k.a Wonder Woman again. And it was just recently, Wonder Woman has become a blockbuster movie worldwide.
Many admired Gal Gadot’s beauty and her acting stint in the said movie, most people believed that the role and character really fits her well.It showcased her beauty, wit and prowess.
But don’t you know that Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot joined the Miss Universe in 2004.
Gal Gadot was a former fitness instructor and completed her military training, now Israeli actress, model, and famous for her Wonder Woman movie had joined and represented her country (Israel) in Miss Universe 2004. Unfortunately she didn't make it, not even in Top 15.
Ms. Universe is a prestigious international beauty contest composed of 84 contestants from all over the world. Sometimes, sabotaging and dirty tricks were reported during the pageant. Did you know that Gal Gadot didn't make it because she also experienced it during her time?
In her interview, she talked about her self-sabotaging effort.
She recounted during the rehearsals and preliminary competition, she was naughty and didn't behaved properly. She’s actually a good girl but because she was afraid to win again just like winning the crown of Miss Israel, she then intentionally showed up late for rehearsals and wasn't even wearing the right gown for breakfast, when Paula Abdul one of the judges asked her some questions, she told her that her English was not so good because she didn't want to have anything to do with that.
Her effort has paid off, obviously she didn't win the contest but instead Ms. Australia crowned as Miss. Universe 2004. Nevertheless, she said that joining beauty pageant was a nice experience.
