Finally, members of the Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) of the Manila Police District (MPD) has gained access for the first time inside the office of the Aegis Juris Law Resources Center on Navarra Street, Sampaloc, Manila where Horacio ‘Atio” Castillo III was probably killed.
After conducting an investigation inside the fraternity house, Manila Police District has now a better understanding of what really happened to the UST law student Horacio ‘Atio” Castillo III who died during hazing rates as part of his initiation to the Aegis Juris Fraternity.
According to Inspector Rommel Anicete, MPD homicide section chief that the frat house is just a few meters away from the University of Santo Tomas, Dapitan gate, wherein Atio Castillo most probably suffered from fatal wounds which eventually killed him.
