A Female Teacher Was Arrested After Having S**x With Her Student And Sending Nude Photos of Herself

In Michigan, Allyson Brittany Moran, 26, a former substitute teacher and girls soccer coach, was arrested Thursday in Illinois on charges that she sexually assaulted a student from Stockbridge High School, Michigan in April.

According to the Lansing State Journal report, Moran faces three felony counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a student and one misdemeanor of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a student. If convicted, she would face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.

Based on the court records, she is accused of having sexual intercourse with a teenage student younger than 18 years of age, on two instances in April at her home in Dansville.

Moran confessed to the police that she had sexual contact with the boy, the student then recounted what had happened in August. A detective testified a hearing that led to charges being issued.

The detective also claimed that Moran sent nude photos of herself to the student over social media, according to the Lansing State Journal.

Stockbridge school official stated that Moran worked at the district during the 2016-17 school year as a long-term substitute teacher and girls soccer coach. Technically, she was employed by a teacher staffing company and is no longer connected with the school district.

Moran who is a Mount Zion native was arrested in Decatur and detained in the Macon County Jail over the weekend, She arrived at the Ingham County Jail on Monday night. She was then released from custody after posting 10 percent of the $7,500 bond set by a 55th District Court magistrate.

Her preliminary hearing is set for October 5.
